Originally founded in 1989, the Postal Service was just beginning to recognize the importance of automation in mail processing, and ProList was among the first companies in the nation to provide a practical means of printing barcodes on postal pieces to allow its customers to obtain discounts. Our mission today is much the same as it was then; To help our customers reach their target audiences in the most cost-effective ways possible, and through a variety of integrated direct marketing channels.

Meet ProList's Direct Marketing Team.

Dave Lokos



As an original founder, Dave has been with ProList for more than 30 years. Dave has a background in database management and systems design, having been the principal architect of a number of the award-winning systems at ProList—most notably, which is now a Pitney Bowes product. In recent years Dave has provided the vision and leadership for ProList resulting in an average of more than 15% annual growth over the last several years. Dave is husband to Betsy and father to their six children.

Dave Lewis

Vice President


The “other” Dave in ProList’s Dave and Dave team, Dave Lewis has been with ProList since 1993, although he spent a few of the past years dedicated to the Trackmymail brand. As of 2010 Dave is back in his sales and marketing role full-time at ProList. Dave is a nationally known expert on direct mail and postal matters and has spoken across the country on a variety of direct marketing topics. He serves on the Board of Directors for AMSP, Association of Marketing Service Providers and was the 2008 recipient of AMSP’s Luke Kaiser award for his contributions to education in the direct mail industry. Recently Dave has been developing an expertise of non-mail direct marketing tools, particularly multi-channel marketing. Dave is a graduate of the University of Maryland. When he isn’t mailing stuff, Dave enjoys buying (and occasionally playing) guitars, and traveling.

Abe Diallo

Chief Financial Officer


Abe Diallo is originally from Senegal (West Africa). He attended the University of Maryland, College Park where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree of Science. After he graduated from Robert H. Smith School of Business, he joined the ProList team in 2001 starting as a staff accountant, and working his way up to Controller in 2006, and CFO today. In that role, Abe is responsible for ProList’s financial management. When he is not at work, he likes spending time with his family, watching movies or reading books in French to reconnect with his background.

Sylvia Taylor

Chief Marketing Officer


Sylvia Taylor is our Chief Marketing Officer. She has over 25 years of experience in the direct marketing industry. Sylvia oversees all corporate marketing functions, works closely with both client relations and production, and manages ProList’s sales and estimating departments. Prior to joining ProList, Sylvia was VP of Print Production for Engage Direct Mail. She also served as Vice President with DLT Direct, a commercial printing company in Sterling, VA and VP of Marketing for EU Services in Rockville, Maryland. Sylvia has served on the Board of Directors for the Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW) in the past, as well as the American Marketing Association Baltimore Chapter (AMA-Balt). Sylvia received her Bachelor of Arts degree from McDaniel College, and earned a MS in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School.

Pete McEvoy

Chief Human Resources Officer


Pete joined ProList in early 2021 after many international accomplishments in human resources, administration and strategic planning and execution, among other areas. Pete has worked in multiple business sectors including scientific research, telecom, food, energy and the non-profit sector. His current role at ProList encompasses talent acquisition and recruiting, workforce management, employee relations, benefits, DE&I and safety plus supporting ProList’s overall business strategy. Pete holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Brunel University in London, UK and is a Sr. Certified Professional of SHRM (the Society of Human Resource Management). He and his wife, Heleny, have two adult children, Pauline and Tom. Originally from Yorkshire in Northern England, Pete enjoys adventure sports, Spotify, reading, BBQ’s, Chilean Carménère, travel and watching Leeds United in the English Premier League.

Jeff Thomas

Vice President of Sales and Business Development


While attending Duquesne University to earn his degree in Communications, Jeff began his career in direct mail when he should have been enjoying summer and holiday breaks. Who knew all that time on the mail shop floor would turn into a career? 15 years later, Jeff has extended those summer vacations into a successful career in production, management, customer service, and sales in the direct mail industry. He’s worn all the hats. Today, he leverages all of that experience into creating solutions for his clients as an account executive at ProList. When Jeff is not helping a client plan or problem solve a project he likes to play golf or spend time relaxing with his wife, daughters and two dogs.

David Mawyer

Director of Operations


David Mawyer oversees all of production operations here at ProList. David joined the ProList team in 2013 and brought his many years of industry experience – almost 20 to be exact! – with him when he came. Previously David worked at Diversified Mailing/OpenFirst for 9 years as a laser operator, bindery operator and later bindery supervisor and forms processing manager. He also worked at Mail America in the laser, bindery and mail shop divisions. David’s primary responsibilities are scheduling and making sure that everything in the plant is running effectively and efficiently.
When he’s not overseeing production processes in the plant, David likes to relax, play with his young son and work in his yard.

Jack Spaulding

Director of Information Systems


Jack oversees all our information systems here at ProList and has over 20 years of professional experience in technology and operations. As such, Jack is well versed in delivering solutions and services for a variety of business operations and strategic initiatives. After earning his Computer Science degree from the University of Kentucky, Jack went on to spend time in the legal, IT managed services and managed security services, and healthcare payment integrity industries. Prior to joining our team Jack was VP, Data Mining at Optum. As Director of Information Systems here at ProList, he is responsible for the vision, strategy, and implementation of technology and information systems across our organization.
When he’s not working, Jack enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, trying new foods, and baking.
