ProList has experienced unprecedented growth in recent years, due largely in part to its focus on integrated direct marketing, direct mail printing and mailing services and data management. As such, the company has maintained a focus on expanding its team of direct mail and direct marketing experts. The Leadership Team fully supports this expansion as the next step in enhancing the level of support and project planning that it is able to provide to customers in areas ranging from data services, project planning, digital printing and data personalization among others. The additions also will allow the ProList Leadership Team to focus on planning for future development and company growth in multi-channel marketing utilizing mail, print, fulfillment and on-line marketing services.
Please join us in welcoming Tyler McKittrick as Data Operations Manager and Mark Gardner as Customer Service Manager. Tyler McKittrick, who has been with the Data Processing team at ProList since June of 2018, has stepped into the role of Data Operations Manager. Mark Gardner, an experienced industry veteran and long-time direct mail guru, joined our team earlier this year as Customer Service Manager.
Tyler and Mark both bring with them many years of direct marketing and direct mail industry experience from a variety of industries and backgrounds, including non-profit direct marketing, publishing, fulfillment, commercial and b2b direct mail, experience working at and with direct mail agencies and investment and financial marketing. Although each independently oversees their respective departments, Mark and Tyler operate as a team to coordinate the front-end processes of order entry and data services. Together they focus on the smooth processing of information and project planning from new job entry through production. They are also jointly responsible for strengthening the bond between the departments.
Tyler previously worked with EU Services (now Navistar Direct) and most recently came to us after spending time in the Investment industry, where he earned his FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. Tyler earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Temple University and his MBA from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business in 2014. Away from work, he is a husband and father of 2 and enjoys spending time with his family.
Mark stepped into the role of Customer Service Manager in March of this year. As such, he plays a key role in managing every job that comes through the plant and interfaces with both employees and customers on an ongoing basis. Mark started at ProList in February of 2020 and brings with him over 28 years of Direct Mail and Marketing Management experience, skills gleaned from his time in everything from small family businesses to Fortune 500 Companies When not at work Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, 5 kids and his Xbox One.
ProList is excited about expanding its management team, and is looking forward to adding several more additional managers this year in the areas of Human Resources and Fulfillment Marketing.
