item counts maintained in our computerized
inventory system.

Whether a few hundred, or a few hundred thousand,

effectively. We will take every step available
to minimize your postage. We work with all
classes of mail, including periodicals and
book rate.
Of course everyone is going to try to save
you postage on your prospect mailings, either
through front-end data processing, or back-end
OCR scanning and barcoding. At ProList, we
offer both, depending on what works best for
you. If you can provide data in an electronic
format, you'll almost always do better by
presorting, barcoding, and merge/purging up
front, but if you can only get that list on
labels, all is not lost! We can still run
your mailing through an OCR sorter to save
you postage. Multiple codes? Many test panels?
Special key coding needed? No problem! We
do it, and do it right, every day at ProList!

at ProList. We understand how quickly these
mailings need to be turned around, and we
can accommodate your needs on them.
